User experience is the beginning of every project for me, it focuses on the aspects that will later define the success of each project. Defining the “why” of every decision made is essential in creating a unified project.

IA

Information architecture defines the digital space for users, it controls what they see and what they are able to accomplish. Doing this well, in a way that allows for maximum usability within different contexts, is key to a good experience.

Copywriting

Copy is a key tool in setting the tone and feel for any project. Communicating information to different audiences in different contexts requires an understanding of what they need and want to know and how to communicate this to them explicitly
